Benjamin Moore Colour of the Year 2027 - Relics team guesses

Benjamin Moore are about to announce their Colour of the Year 2027! With just over 5 hours left on the timer our team have had a go at guessing which of the 3500+ colours will be named Colour of the Year 2027! Lee and Steve are opting for yellow tones, a contrast from last years Colour of the Year 2026 'Silhouette'. Steve has picked out 'Gilded Ballroom', a more muted yellow while Lee chooses 'Gold Mine' a vibrant and intense yellow-orange. Perhaps fitting colours after the super hot summer we have had. Darcy thinks they might stick around the deeper tones as audiences still seem to be braver with dark colours, especially in smaller spaces or on large bookcases. She's suggesting 'Dinner Party', a deep red. Ella and Sophie think a more muted neutral tone will be chosen. Ella picks 'Ballet White' which Benjamin Moore describe as a "crowd-pleasing off white that offers just the right amount of colour.". While Sophie is guessing slightly darker with 'Dulce de Leche' which has more caramel and cream tones as the name suggest. What's your guess?
